Who am I?
I started more than fifteen years ago helping to translate talks from Italian to English, finding not just the right words but the right sense of the words. At the time, and until recently, I was a full-time educator with a passion for teaching reading and writing.
Now I am a full-time copy editor with a passion for reading and writing. I especially love to help others produce their best work.
My passion, experience, education, and formation enrich my editorial input. Besides completing post-graduate degrees in theology and education, I have completed the University of Chicago Graham School certificate for manuscript editing. I am a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA), the Northwest Editors Guild, and ACES: The Society for Editing. I continually participate in professional development and conferences to keep my skills sharp and to connectwith fellow editors.
